CCT, the IT and Telecommunications specialist, was awarded the Partner Service Award at the Cisco Business Workshop Event held in Bedford on the 11th November. The award was presented for CCT’s innovative use of Cisco Smart Care in providing its clients with a dependable infrastructure environment.

CCT has been an early adopter of Smart Care within its managed services operation, supporting some of the World’s most sophisticated customer contact environments and enabling them to benefit more completely from converged voice and data technology.

Smart Care enables CCT to proactively support clients around the world 24 hours a day 365 days a year. It provides a monitoring service for both Cisco and other network environments that enable CCT’s clients to not only benefit from a dependable infrastructure today but also the insight to sustain it into the future.

In addition CCT has been able to launch a new service to clients considering upgrading their VoIP service. CCT is able to simulate what would happen to a clients network if a voice service was deployed using a CCT tool developed with Smart Care. This enables the client to identify any issues in advance and have more confidence in going forward with a project.

Nick Earle, Cisco’s Senior VP of Services said “CCT is clearly an early pioneer in this field”

“We are pleased to be receiving this award in recognition of the commitment shown by our people in providing excellent support services through the use of these advanced tools” said Russell Attwood, CEO of CCT. “We are demonstrating real value in maintaining Data and Voice environments that our clients can depend on through remote monitoring, managed services and support”
