This September marks the tenth anniversary of Europe's largest contact centre event, Call Centre Expo.
Staged alongside Customer Management Expo at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, the event brings together over 300 suppliers of call centre technology, reports CCMA.
Providers can gain advice and information on business practises whilst also networking with others involved in the industry, with the focus being on aiding call centres improve their customer contact strategies.
Event promoters say: "Whether it be issues relating to staff recruitment & training, technology systems & processes or providing a superior customer experience, we guarantee you will find all the solutions you need at this year's Call Centre Expo."
The show, which will be held on September 16-17th, will feature the Learning and Development zone, an Incentive Avenue area designed to provide tips on boosting staff morale and reducing staff attrition rates, a home agent showcase and consultancy clinic.
