A United Arab Emirates-based outsourcing firm has decided to upgrade its
Avaya Call Centre system to a newer model.
Cupola Teleservices (CTS) – which employs 600 staff and provides call centre services to a number of major global brands – has made the changes in a bid to improve service levels and increase
customer experience.
The firm will benefit from Avaya's latest Voice-over Internet Protocol offering when it upgrades from a system based on
Communication Manager 3.0 to version 5.0.
CTS will also obtain increased storage capacities and improved reliability.
Sabir KV,
IT manager at the firm, commented: "CTS is highly focused on perpetual technology enhancement to help meet its business objectives and customer requirements.
"The current implementation will substantially increase the value and service delivery to our customers."
Earlier this week, it was announced that Avaya's unified communications (UC) solution has been certified for its security capabilities through the Common Criteria for
IT Security Evaluation.
Avaya is an established partner of
Call Centre Technology.
