Client Service Desk

Our Service Desk in Bristol provides 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for all enquiries and is run by some of CCT’s most experienced and longest serving staff members, including at least one ACE (Avaya Certified Expert) on duty at all times.

Account Management

CCT Account Managers are all long standing members of staff with a wealth of experience of the entire Avaya portfolio, both commercially and operationally. An Account Manager will provide pricing matrices where required to cover all aspects of our clients' contract including hard and software, engineering rates and training.

Engineering Team
