Time to migrate?

On 31st May 2009 the Avaya INDeX telephony platform reached its End of Manufacturer Support date.

With an estimated 500 contact centres in the UK previously running an Avaya INDeX customer contact solution, the end of support announcement represented a significant challenge to the call centre industry.
