The Avaya one-X® Mobile family of software clients enhances the productivity of mobile workers, delivering Fixed/Mobile Convergence. The application can be installed on mobile devices ranging from high-end smart phones to lower-end feature phones, enabling compatibility regardless of the mobile devices deployed or wireless networks used. Support for RIM, Palm, Symbian, Windows Mobile, Java and iPhone platforms is available.

Cut costs: Avaya one-X® Mobile reduces the cost of international calls. "Single Number" dialling will route calls to an employees’ desk phone when they’re in the office, rather than to their mobile, helping to reduce mobile call minutes. Routing mobile calls through IP networks or off-site landlines can further lower the cost of mobile communications.
