Our experts will work with you on the initial requirements definition, handle the ordering and provisioning, set up your billing and reporting requirements and take ownership of fault management and resolution.

Through strategic relationships with core providers we have put in place the processes and procedures necessary to ensure that we can deliver services on time and as quoted. We have the support systems in place so that, if issues do arise, the root cause can be identified quickly and logged with the relevant provider.

Network Services Billing & Reporting 

You may find your current billing and reporting arrangements are far from satisfactory. With CCT's Network Services offering, clearly laid out billing information is available in multiple formats, with the ability to specify from a wide range of graphical and statistical reports via paper, email or online - however you prefer. We even have access to an iPad app!

A large range of reports are available as standard, and we are able to customise bespoke reports upon request. Our reporting tools also provide 'exception reports', based on pre-defined criteria.
