Line Rental Services
With the creation of BT
Openreach and the latest service enhancements, CCT can genuinely provide and
support BT lines in the same manner as BT retail.
We directly access BT
Openreach services via the new Equivalence Management Platform (EMP) using our
own WLR3 gateway. This system allows us to interrogate BT systems in real-time
and to receive answers back automatically.
We are able to carry out tasks such
as checking for available line plant and existing service features, reserving
phone numbers, placing new orders and transferring existing lines, booking
engineering appointments, and logging or escalating faults.
Standard Line types
include:

- Analogue (including residential and temporary
lines)
The underlying service is
still provided and maintained by BT Openreach engineers, but CCT is able to
provide the same service levels at competitive prices. We will act as a single
point of contact for our clients through the one Service desk. We can provide
the initial diagnose on whether a fault is hardware or network related and will
log with BT Openreach immediately if appropriate.
