Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) allows CCT to register a customer’s phone number with BT and the chosen Carrier and calls are automatically routed to that provider. We receive full daily call billing data which customer’s are able to view online before the monthly bill is produced.
CCT only uses Tier1 Carriers using premium International routes to guarantee call quality. We won’t use any provider that uses “Alternative” methods to achieve cost savings (eg SIM gateways or re-filing mobile calls).
We can also provide enhanced services at no additional cost such as:-
CCT provides competitive call rates and will regularly review based on changes to the underlying cost base. The biggest area of change is in the cost of calls to mobile and CCT will bring down costs where possible. CCT does not ask for long term contracts, we prefer to build a long term relationship by providing a first class service at competitive prices and not by “locking in” customers to unfavourable call rates.
