This is a complete package of assistance, including help desk advice and callouts, backed by a guaranteed Service Level Agreement.

CCT Assured enables our clients to have access to both the skills and the experience of CCT’s Service Desk as well as on-site call out if required. The service package is flexible to allow our clients to define the specific elements of support they need, without paying for an ‘all-inclusive’ package of service components they don’t need.

Essentially, CCT Assured provides a tailored package of assistance to help reduce down time and to ensure your systems are always available.
