The business networking giant was recognised in the Best Customer Commitment, Best Knowledge Management Practices, and Best Service Delivery Optimisation categories; all rewarding its commitment to service excellence.
The three awards received were more than any other rival firms in the business communications sector got their hands on.
Avaya also earned a spot in the STAR Awards Hall of Fame, reserved for companies which have chalked up five or more category wins in total.
"Achieving recognition of this calibre validates our strategy to provide an outstanding customer experience and demonstrates that customer excellence is at the core of everything we do," said Chris Formant, senior vice-president at Avaya Global Services.
He said that the achievements "send a powerful message" about the level of Avaya's investment and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Earlier this month, Avaya won a major new contract to provide information assurance, network assessment and engineering support to the United States Air Force.
